The Observations Programme itself and therefore its Manager are not established yet.
Patrick Gorringe (SMHI) patrick.gorringe@smhi.se, Thomas Hammarklint (SMA) thomas.hammarklint@sjofartsverket.se, and Miroslaw Darecki (IO PAN) darecki@iopan.gda.pl share the responsibility of coordinating the BOOS Observations Programme (BOP) including finalizing the BOP MoU and establishing the BOP.
